Deaf and 29 years at NCSD). I do sub for the high school or middle school
teachers. I do some work on the NCSD Historical Museum with other retirees
and also serve on the NCSD Foundation Board. So I really enjoy every
moment of my retirement days- reading the books, doing some computer work,
chatting with my friends, etc. |

from the Mobile Register in Mobile, Alabama. I worked for the company for
28 1/2 years. I used to work at the Houston Chronicle in Texas for 6 1/2
months, then at the Washington Post for a few months in 1965 and then at
the Washington Evening Star till April 1967 before I moved back to my
hometown, Eight Mile, AL. |
