This set was sold to me by a very good friend, CE3ZW, now silent key. It was fully equipped, being every part of it in optimum conditions.

The set covers mainly ham bands with a resolution better than 1 kHz, rock solid stability and lot of features found only in today's receivers: IF shift, notch filter, product detector, 0.5, 2.4 & 6 kHz bandpass thanks to 3 mechanical filters. It is made of 22 tubes of the miniature series. First IF is tunable with a very smart mechanical assembly (1.5-2.5 MHz). Second IF is fixed at 455 kHz. This receiver helped me suceeding in lot of AM, SSB & CW QSO's in the past, with my callsign CE3EII. I used it with a Yaesu FL-DX400 transmitter (sold) and a Johnson Viking 500 transmitter (restored) and some other self-made transmitters.
