This set was in my living room since when I was a little child. As I grew, I liked to look inside and connect every audio equipment that was available for me. I first repaired it when I was about 15 years old. When mom moved, I requested her to store the set until I could rent or own a house. Fortunately, she did it, making the set available for me now.

This is a RCA SHF-3300 model (stereo). Here are some specifications:

FM tuner is selective enough to discriminate stations only 400 kHz apart (frequency allocation regulations changed during the last five years in Chile)

Look at the K-500 telephone set at right. It also works and wakes up everybody at home each time someone calls us.

This is a more detailed view of the set. Light and camera conditions were not the best :=(

Controls are:
Left (middle): volume
Left ring (middle): reverb level
Left (below): bass
Right (middle): main tuning (works for MW/SW/FM)
Right ring (middle): balance
Right (below): treble
Knobs are (from left to right): off, tape, pick-up, FM, SB (MW), 49m, 31m, 25m, 19m
Speakers are located each side of the cabinet, with 2 satellite mid/tweeter speakers for better stereo image.
