Hi My name is Tonya I am from a small Town in Michigan. I started working with dogs when I was 14 with our local 4-H club. Over the years working with many different breeds of dogs I have learned many valuable things but, the most important is this.... If a dog has drive and a great temperament then the rest will come with work and constancy. Over the years I have found that the 2 breeds that fit my lifestyle to be the Australian Shepherd and the American Pit Bull Terrier. Both breeds through popularity and BYB's have ended with poor specimens being bred, creating bad temperaments and lack of working drive. This IS NOT what these breeds are supposed to be like. My goal is to have dogs that are all around dogs. Dogs that have correct conformation and can also work. To do this my dogs need to have a great minds and wonderful temperaments. To achieve this I plan on starting with the best dogs available, from fully health tested and working parents.
