Our hats off to the area
communities that have already graciously supported the
Thomas family in their hours of need! The struggle for this
little child and her concerned family continues. The
Friends of Christi Thomas know we need to rally to her side
again. Beautiful Christi is battling with cancer
but
As our
flyer shows the spirit of a child is the strongest-
just look at that smile!!! The expenses for her parents and
younger sister are piling up. Travel , lodging, medical
bills; the list goes on . And all this to worry about as
they watch their little dancer trying to combat this
terrible disease. How can you help? What can we do to ease
this family's unimaginable burdens and anguish? We've got
an Idea!!
As our
flyer shows we have cooked up an event that is sure to
be a success and The Friends of Christi Thomas are working
hard to make that success to be a reality. We , like the
Thomas family cannot do this alone. We are calling on all
of our friends , our community , and area businesses to
consider giving donations to Christi's cause, to help us
pull of this May 10, 2003 "Friends of Christi Poker Run"
How can you assist? We are planning to hold raffles , a
chicken dinner, and a auction following the Poker Run. We
are in need of items for the raffle and the auction and any
other donations we could get to help us with the dinner. (
gift certificates , merchandise , free gift or service
coupons) anything would be appreciated and help out
tremendously. All proceeds from this event will be placed
in the Christi Thomas Cancer Fund at Old Fort Bank in
Tiffin, Ohio. We believe there are a few ways YOU can help.
1. Donations of items to be auctioned off ! If you would
like to donate an Item Please contact John Mcgee at
419-448-0762 and we will make arrangements to pick those
items up.
2. Coupons and or gift certificates would also be great
for our raffles or prizes! If you would like to donate

3. Cash donations can be
accepted 3 ways. Please make check's or money orders out to
