Welcome ! My name is Sifu Nasson L. Ulanga of the Ulanga's Fu Hok P'ai Hung Gar and Hung Sing Choy Li Fut School in San Juan, Puerto Rico. I began my training in Hung Gar and Hung Sing Choy Li Fut in the 70's with my brother and long time teacher, Sifu Ramón G. Ulanga. I began my martial art training in Karate with Sensei Hector Montijo, the father and the pioneer of Karate in Puerto Rico. However, when my brother demonstrated to me the beautiful and powerful style of Kung Fu that he learned I was quickly fascinating with these two traditional and powerful styles from China. Thanks to my brother's (Sifu) teaching I won many Tournaments and Trophies. I believe I never would have won in my younger and older years those competitions in the Karate and Kung Fu Tournaments if he did not give me his support, time, and confidence. I'm now in my 40's and still competing in competition in the Karate and Kung Fu Tournaments and thank God and my students I was Inducted into the Hall of Fame as Instructor of the Year 2000 in Caguas, Puerto Rico.
