Left - Central panel (detail) of the altar dedicated to Saint Auta from the Convent of Madre de Deus in Lisbon. Saint Auta is in the front left. A procession is entering the convent carrying her relics through a magnificent portal in Manueline style. The altar was painted around 1520, probably by Portuguese painters Cristvo de Figueiredo and Garcia Fernandes.
