Welcome to Poets Corner

This Page is dedicated to those Poets who still dare to dream and put it down on paper. No matter how black and white they tell you Words are, poets can still see the colors along the Edges starting to seep back in. As long as we keep hope shining with our words, new horizons shall be explored. For we teach others to see the beauty where none could be seen or heard before. And these dreams born, will be the reality of our tomorrows.

Needing You

I tell myself I am ok. I even try to smile. I pray and thank the Lord for each new day. I go along as if nothings wrong, then it is there, slowly pushing. I feel the pain start. My heart starts to pound, I can not catch my breathe. Oh no, I remember that you have left!

When Our Lips Meet Again

I have felt your lips meet mine a hundred times, Each time is never the same. Soft, luscious, sweet. Oh how they taste. I tell myself again and again, I must remember to savor them. If I ever have the pleasure again.

Moon Calling

There it is, I feel it again. I want to dart, jump, scurry about. My heart is thumping, pumping, is something wrong? Then I look out past the dark lawn, past the stars, way up above. There it is shining bright. Pulling me to dance and sing in the light. Run, run. I must run free. Let the child out of me!

Let Go

How can you taste the sweetness of tomorrow when you can not swallow the bitterness of the past?

Thinking of Him

I think of him often at least ten times a day.
I can't seem to forget him, there is just no way.
He is in my mind, my heart, my soul.
I just can't seem to let him go!

Dreams Come True

I look at my children and what do I see?
Everything I wanted them to be.

Home to You

Dew drops and sunshine,
Laughter and Rain,
Brought back memories of you,
And thats why I came,
Over the mountains I traveled alone,
Desperate to hold you and to get back home.
