Demonstrated procedures being taught, such as repair, removal and installation of components, knowledge of electrical wire repair and marking, electronics, mechanics, using handtools, and properly using measuring and testing equipment.
Observed personnel in lab and answered questions on material. Administered written and practical exams and wrote performance reports to evaluate personnel's proficiency and understanding.
Participated in meetings and training sessions to obtain information useful to training facility and integrated information into the training program.
Was frequently named the best instructor in the Electrical Instructor Division.
