Last Will and Testament
of
Nathaniel Twinning

In the name of God, Amen

I, Nathaniel Twinning, of the County of Clark and State of Georgia being of sound disposing mind and memory do make and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form following.

I give and bequeath unto my loving wife, Sarah Twinning, and the child or children she may have by me and to my grand daughters Euphemia W. Talbot and Sarah Ann Eliza Catherine Talbot all my estate both real and personal to be divided in the following manner, that is to say,

to my said wife, Sarah, one share or equal part of my estate, to each of child or children that I may have by her, on share or equal part, and to my said grand daughters, Euphemia W. Talbot and Sarah Ann Elizabeth Catherine Talbot one share or equal part to be divided between them - share and share alike.

I do constitute my said wife, Sarah Twinning, my Executrix, Matthew Talbot, Executor, of this my last will revoking all other wills made by me.
