Here comes the latest feature on Gallon of Magnet - The Fans Forum! Sheffield United have completed the signing of Brighton's
highly-rated striker Colin Kazim-Richards. The 20-year-old has
signed a 3-year deal for a fee believed to be around �150,000.

Kazim-Richards has been dubbed 'The Coca-Cola Kid' since his
move from Bury, after Brighton were awarded �250,000 from the
Coca-Cola Win a Player competition, and used it to buy 'CKR'.
The Seagulls shook off stiff competition from other Premiership
and Championship clubs to secure the youngster's services.

The young London lad scored 6 goals for the Seagulls last season, one of which was at Bramall Lane. His former boss Mark McGhee said yesterday: "Colin made it clear to me he no longer wished to play for Brighton & Hove Albion; as a result we have reluctantly accepted the bid from Sheffield United.

"I am really disappointed and I feel personally let down by Colin. We gave him the chance to get out of Bury and I don't think he's repaid us for that. We felt Colin could have built his career here at Brighton."
