The main color in Sailor Norn's fuku is a dark tawny. Her skirt, glove bands, shoulder flap, shoes, brooch, and tiara gem are this color. Her bows are a dark red. She wears stylish wraparound-strap sandals and wears garnet stud earrings. Her gloves go half way up her upper arms. There is one thin stripe on her shoulder flap. Her hair is blonde and her eyes are dark red. Her senshi symbol is a simple hourglass: two triangles touching at a corner, the top one pointing down and the bottom one pointing up.
Sailor Norn wears a small hourglass -- the Timeglass -- on a gold chain around her neck. This is both a weapon and transformation item.
Norn Celestial Power, Make-Up! :Norn's transformation. Against a red, tawny clock-and-hourglass filled background, her body shimmers in a sepia-colored film-grain pattern. The outline of a large hourglass appears to encase her body. Semi-transparent sand drains from the upper half to the lower one, making her body glow where her fuku would be. A superimposed clock outline (which has been there from the start) reaches twelve o'clock; with the sound of the bell, both timekeeping devices disappear in a flash, and she appears in her fuku. She cups her hands around the Timeglass, which glows softly and floats between them.
Stinging Timesand :Norn spins three times, all the while lifting the Timeglass, which glows and hovers between her hands, until it is above her head. Wind swirls around her and the Timeglass shatters. The wind picks up the sand, which multiplies. She brings her hand down so she is in a T stance, and the wind carries the sand to her enemies. They sting like darts and can attack more than one foe at once.

Norn was one of the first Norsefolk senshi created. Her power was divided into three entities, each with powers inferior to those of the gods but superior to those of most immortals. The Norns, the demigoddesses of destiny, were Urd (Fate and the Past), Verdandi (Necessity and the Present), and Skuld (Being and the Future). They controlled the destinies of gods and men, as well as the unchanging laws of the universe. Norn was the physical manifestation of these three, inhabitting one body. In each epoch one of these three governs the body, while the other two are dormant but not unpresent. The Norns choose which will walk consciously once they pass into the afterlife. In the Silver Millenium (the past), she was Urd; in the present, she is Verdandi; in Crystal Tokyo (the future), she will be Skuld.
