What are you wearing right now? Are you dressed in your Sunday best, or are you sporting your favorite pair of blue jeans and an old, familiar T-shirt? Has business sense dictated your ensemble, or has your innate desire for comfort compelled you to lounge around in your pajamas?

No matter your answer, chances are what you were going to do and where you were going to do it were the main considerations when you opened up your closet this morning and asked yourself the age-old question, "What am I going to wear today?"

Beyond the realm of everyday street clothes, however, lies an entirely different, sometimes literally unearthly, fashion culture in which function, by necessity, reigns supreme. Think of it like this: Just as you'd never dream of wearing a Tyvek bodysuit to a dinner at a swanky restaurant, you wouldn't throw on a tuxedo for a trip into space.

Items in this specialized clothing line have been designed to perform duties for which "ordinary" outfits are unfit. Some protect corporate investments and products, while others act as barriers against environments in which humans would otherwise be unable to survive.
