| Tips are appreciated,but like pizza delivery they are strictly voluntary. |

| No.We deliver on a first come first serve basis. |

| NO,We don't charge late fees but would appreciate couteous response to our pickup times.We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that abuses this policy .So the rest of the customers don't have to be penalized because of a select few. |
