| It is all about a mysterious warrior suddenly appearing and his name is AMAKUSA SHOUGO,The characters of SHIMABARA ARC are the ff: 1.Amakusa shougo-Who is he? A Christian prodigy swordmaster; he learned all Hiten Mitsurugi techniques by the age of 14 but "spiced" them up to be more powerful. Shougo is the nephew of a man called Hyoue, who failed to inherit the Ama Kakeru Ryu No Hirameki and was thought to have died, but did not. Hyoue then taught Hiten Mitsurugi Ryu to his nephew, Amakusa Shougo, and Shougo mastered the succession technique. Shougo appeared in Shimabara and united the Christians while training them to be soliders. He performed what appeared to be medical and natural miracles, but he was trained in western medicine and astrology. Special Techniques Rai Ryu Sen- He raises his sword, draws lightning and directs it towards his foe's eyes, rendering them blind. 2.Shougo Magdaria-Who is she? She is the preacher of the Christian Japanese and their main chapel is located in the town of Shimabara. Historically, Shimabara was known for persecuting the Christian Japanese and many people lost their lives in this conflict. Magdaria's followers think she is the "Holy Mother" but unfortunately Magdaria is dying of tuberculosis. 3.SHOUZO-Apperance: Short, cropped black hair. Skin tight black shirt and a red bandana tied around his neck. Personality Traits Secretly loves Magdaria (he gave her a flower..aww) 4.Kaioh- Apperance: He's bald and his cape is weird. I think the animators were trying to make him look like a devil. Personality Traits He wants Holland to take over Japan |
