302  JOHN GEERE  christened 16/11/1801 @ Orsett. Married to ANN (1st m.) @ Lambeth St. Mary, date not known at present. JOHN'S death registered @ Lambeth June 1876.  His occupations: Bricklayer, Labourer & Gardener.  His 1st. wife ANN died & registered June 1865 @ Lambeth.  JOHN'S 2nd marriage was to SARAH HANLEY, daughter of THOMAS BUCKLEY, on 1/04/1866 but no issue known. (Ed: Doubtful considering his age of 64.)

Mary's, Lambeth in March 1836. ROBERT is recorded as dying in DC, USA in 1842.  MARY'S father was WILLIAM FROST & mother was TABITHA ?  Issue:

     ELIZABETH GEERE  b. 1843 @ Lambeth, London

(Problem: If ROBERT died in the USA in 1842 who was the father of ELIZABETH and PHOEBE?)

305 JOHN THOMAS GEERE  born 1825, christened 04/09/1831 @ St.Marks, Kennington. (London) Died 1883. Occupation bricklayer's labourer.  Wife believed to be JANE. No other marriage or issue details at present.
306 WILLIAM GEERE  born 1827 @ Hammersmith, London. Christened @ St.Marks, Kennington. Died 1868 registered June 1868 @ Lambeth.   No marriage or issue details at present.
307 JAMES GEERE  christened 01/07/1832 @ St.Mary, Newington. Married 26/08/1855 @ St.Mary, Lambeth, to HARRIET MARIA FOULKER who was born 1830 @ Westminster & died Dec. 1890, registered @ the Strand.  JAMES'S occupation was a plasterer & he died through albuminuria uraemic convulsions on 24/10/1881 @ 52 Riverhall St, Kennington.

310 WILLIAM ROBERT GEERE  christened 1853 (NB from Paul re baptism:  parents shown as JOHN & ANN -302- but all other records show parents as JOHN THOMAS & JANE -305- making JOHN & ANN his grandparents.  (Ed: either John & Ann or John Thomas & Jane could be the parents, the age ranges make this possible))
