Some women can ignite a room
and set its occupants on fire
with flickering flames of hot desire
that bring wall-flowers into bloom.
The flames that from their eyes ensue
burn into souls and turn to crisp
the insecure who bow and lisp,
not knowing what to say or do.
But those who see what makes them tick,
who penetrate their sheen of air,
can side-step pitfalls and the snare
of high-heels stomping on their dick.
Electric air makes moles of males
so that their eye-sight often fails.
