All jewellery comes in a gift pouch or box where stated.
Care instructions are also supplied with each order.
Main points:
* Care should be taken when spraying cosmetics such as deodrant and perfume as this may discolour the wire or beads.
*Carefully clean with a clean, dry, lint free cloth if required.
* gem_porium jewellery is not designed for everyday wear.
RETURNS
Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible after item is received (i.e. within 2 weeks) and I will endeavour to rectify the problem.
Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Full refund minus postage costs will be made for any item which has a fault unless through wear and tear or misuse.
