NEUTRONS ARE PERIODIC FUNCTIONS OF   ELECTRONS, POSITRONS AND NEUTRINOS
EACH ELEMENT CONSISTS OF NUMBER OF NEUTRONS. THESE UNITS EXIST AS A PROTON PLUS AN ORBITING ELECTRON AND A NEUTRON (PROTON AND NON ORBITING ELECTRON. ) A
COMPACT NEUTRON GROUP  expands into neutrons plus a paired configuration. The isotope of an element  originates from several compact neutron groups. EXAMPLE:
Compact group 50 expands into 2(2-8-10-2+3 Neutron) or 49.945 Titanium
Compact Group 50 also expands into 2(2-8-13-1+1
Neutron) or  isotope Atomic Mass of 49.946  Cr
This illustrates that elements are formed by the accumulation of Compact Neutron groups where outer configurations are identical
