Physical Geography
Purpose:
Independent inquiries have a variety of purposes for students in geography. They help develop an in-depth, student generated knowledge base in a particular area, as well as research, and time management skills. The aim of this process is to encourage you, as the student, to become a more active participant in your own learning.
You Independent Study Unit will focus on one of the following aspects of Physical Geography. You will concentrate on creating an informative view of your subject, and details of its importance to the course. Your finished ISU will be in a website format.

This is just a basic summary of what is expected for your completed ISU. As with any other project, continue researching until you aren't finding new information. You should have 3-5 book references, 3-5 websites and 1-2 articles AT A MINIMUM.
