1957/58 Kahn's Basketball

Kahn's is a hotdog company that wedged these cards in between hotdogs in their hotdog packages. As you can get the condition of most of these cards are in poor condition, although some were given out by salespeople and are in pretty good shape. As for the card in the hotdogs paperloss and stains are common in this set due to the cards sticking to the wrapper and, well you can guess what made the stains. What makes these cards great is that they are national releases of the great players of the '60s. In my opinion these cards should be considered "mainstream".

The 1957 is the first year of Kahn's cards. This is also the year Topps came out with their big set. Most of the big names are in the Topps set, but this is still a very desirable set. These are still extremly hard to find, and the condition is very poor on most known cards.
