When Topps started running the presses again in 1969 for the tall boys, they first had this test run a year earlier. These popped up in the late 1990's and it is estimated around 200 of these exist. The cards are black and white, and they are of a traditional card size.
This is probably one of the toughest vintage basketball sets to put together. If you do get one together, all of the cards make a poster of Wilt Chamberlain.
