These may be considered "quasi" basketball cards as they are more of advertisements. This is a small regional set for the Pheonix Suns, but there are a couple of varitions with the prices on the cards are different. They are thin cards that have a player's picture on the bottom part of the card, and an advertisement of the top half of the card.
These are pretty rare, but mainstream collectors sometimes pass on these. I think they meet the qualifications for a "card" as opposed to an advertisement.
