The 1972 Icee Bear cards were released in 1972/1973 as a give away when you purchased an Icee Bear Slurpee in the Seattle area. They are large cards (aprox. 3" by 5"), much like the early Topps issues. The front of the card has a player photo, and the reverse has the Icee Bear pushing his product. The card is on thin stock, but collectors can appreciate the white borders. It has been reported these were actually distributed into late 1974.
As you can see this set is crammed packed with Hall of Famers, and the key card is the short printed Maravich card.
