Tired of these sets with only two and three cards? Then the 1977 Sportscaster cards are for you! This is a huge set with 88 series (that's right 88 series!). Each series has 24 cards, but this is another multisport card issue. Every month you could send $1.89 plus postage and get that months series of 24 cards. This was avaiable for about three years. Another fun tibit of this cards is that they were international, so you could collect these cards in different languages.
The really good thing about these cards are that they are gorgous. They are large (approx. 4 3/4" x 6 1/4"), but the corners are smoothed out so you can pick these up in great condition. The pictures are very colorful and each card has an icon in the upper right to distingush the sport. There may be a bunch of cards here, but the cards are inexpensive.
