| Skeetera Height: 40 meters Weight: 15,000 tons Powers: Her tongue can puncture the hides of her enemies, allowing her to suck their blood. Upon sucking the blood of another monster, Skeetera acquires the ability to fire their projectiles. Her size also grows at an astonishing rate. Skeetera's wings let her to reach speeding velocities in the air. Even without sucking the blood of others, her tongue can fire a blazing fireball. History: Godzalla, H.E.A.T. and the United States military engaged Skeetera, a giant mosquito, in the Hudson River. But before H.E.A.T. could disable her, a band of extremists, called S.C.A.L.E., impedes them. Luckily, Godzalla's thermonuclear flames were able to dehydrate Skeetera, making her shrink in size. The organization known as S.C.A.L.E. was dedicated to protecting the mutations of the world. H.E.A.T. desired to go and study Skeetera on Monster Island, believing her to be a hazard, for if she fed off the other Monster Island inhabitants, she'd become an even bigger threat. S.C.A.L.E. followed, and infiltrated the island, eventually freeing the monsters: King Cobra, Crustaceous Rex, The Giant Bat and Skeetera. The four monsters fought one another in a battle royal. But it was Skeetera that proved to be the deadliest of the bunch. She and The Giant Bat clashed in the skies of Monster Island. During the clash, Skeetera overpowered The Giant Bat, but before she could suck him dry, Godzalla interfered. Skeetera and Godzalla resumed their last battle, but Skeetera was able to suck Godzalla's blood, attaining his atomic abilities. She knocked him out and prepared to wreak havoc on the humans, but Godzalla managed to awaken and tail smacked her into an electric generator, where it fried and destabilized her. Fighting Power: ***** Skeetera is a flying plague upon this world. Like a mosquito, her insatiable thirst for blood makes her a deadly predator to all living creatures. During her confrontation with the inhabitants of Monster Island, Skeetera managed to overpower The Giant Bat and King Cobra, two strong monsters in their own right. She even managed to fend off Godzalla. When sucking the blood off of other monsters, Skeetera's mass increases, and she not only attains her aerial speed, but her physical strength improves. Her strong, sturdy legs, combined with her speed, permits her to circle opponents, grab them from behind, and pin them to the ground - where she'd feed off of them. Imagine Skeetera feasting off a Gyaos, she'd be flying around, firing sonic beams left and right! But even without feeding off of others, Skeetera does have a fiery projectile that packs a punch! The best way to defeat her is to calculate the flaws of her flying trajectory, and aim carefully. Powerful attacks on par with Godzalla's thermonuclear flames can dehydrate her enough to make her weak and defenseless. Even if her increase of size grants her an increase of strength, she does become a bigger target, thus Skeetera is not perfect. But she is still a plague that should be avoided. |
