Build your real estate empire from the ground up with SimTower. As owner and landlord of the building, your objective is to construct and develop a balanced and profitable commercial property by leasing space inside for apartments, offices, restaurants, and shops. Name your tenants and watch their everyday activities to plan improvements to your building's design. Terrorists, fire, and even a visiting VIP pile on more fun as you build your way to a 5-star, 100-story, self-contained city in a skyscraper. Donald Trump can eat his heart out!

    What it does: Updates to version 1.1.

    Windows Version
     SimTower version 1.1B updater
    Size: 194683 bytes
    What it does: Updates to version 1.1B. Fixes two save problems and some background bugs.
    What you do: Place in your SimTower directory and run PATCH.EXE.

    Some of these files need to be decompressed with programs like WinZip before you can use them.

    Cheat Codes

    For a two or three story lobby...

  • Hold down Shift + Ctrl + Alt and place a lobby. A two or three story lobby will appear. You may have to drag upwards for this to work.

    How to double your starting funds...

  • At the very beginning of the game before you do anything at all, place a lobby on the very bottom left corner (underground). A lobby won't be able to be placed there, but this will double the money you started out with.

    DOS Cheat
    Open DOS and enter each of these lines, pressing Enter after each line.

    1. cd\
    2. cd simtower
    3. debug (name of tower).tdt
    4. e102 (star rating)
    5. e106 ff
    6. w
    7. q
    8. exit
    Use this DOS cheat at your own risk. This cheat has been tested and works if you follow these instructions. Still, I must make it clear that I am not liable if anything happens to your computer.
