RG noted gazetted 2/Lt., 8 Feb., 1916. Lightbourne, Robert H. Lt. U.S. Navy. Misick, John McDowell Kelley Punjaub Light Horse Superintendent of Police, Lahore, India. Entered Indian Police 1904. Had served in Persian Gulf in suppression of illegal arms trade, then headed the Special Branch of Punjab CID. Also took a commission in the PLH, serving in these double roles simultaneously, and this over taxation probably contributed to his death of enteric fever while in Camp with the PLH in March of 1915 (see RG, 11 March, 1915 and 27 April, 1915.
