BASIC BANANA ICE CREAM  
3 cups sugar 
6 eggs
3 Tbsp.Vanilla extract
1 pt. cream 
(or 1 qt. half and half)
4 average bananas
milk


Beat sugar and eggs with a small amount of milk,
add vanilla and cream to the mixture. 
Mash bananas up 
Pour into a 1 gallon ice cream Container 
..and add enough milk to finish filling, 
..about 3 inches from the top.
