SIMPLE STRAWBERRY PRESERVES 4 Cups whole strawberries 4 Cups Sugar Add 2 cups sugar to the berries Boil 5 minutes Add the remaining 2 cups & boil 2 more minutes. Be sure it is a steady rolling boil. Stir frequently over a 3 day period (3 or 4 times daily). Do not reheat but pour into jars and seal with beeswax, or paraffin.
