The victim was located in the Dog River beneath the westbound lane of 1-10 in Pascagoula, MS. She was apparently thrown off the Interstate 10 bridge 36-48 hours prior to discovery.

The victim was dIScovered on July 15, 1980 in Delano, Kern County, California. The victim was stabbed to death. Estimated age 30-40 years old. Height 5'4, Weight 115lbs. Tattoo of a heart with the name "Shirley" in the center. She may have one worked picking apples and her First name may have been "BECKY" or "REBECCA".
Located on March 24, 1992 in Fulton County, Georgia. Estimated age 16-20 years old. Birth range: 1969-1976. Height 5'6-5'10, Weight 120-160lbs. The victim was wearing a size six sterling silver "Mother's Ring" with blue, pink, red and clear stones.
Located on February 10, 1990 in Colfax, Placer County, California. The victim had been deceased for three to six months prior to discovery. Estimated age Late teens to early 20's. Height 5'0-5'4. She had two scars, one from what might have been a cyst removal near the tailbone and one on her upper outer breast. A 17-inch freshwater pearl necklace was on her neck, and three errings adorned her left ear. She was found in the steep, wooded terrain of the Sierra Foothills. She wore a pair of brand new looking tennis shoes.
Located on February 4, 1990 in a wooded area that is now the Deptford Township area of Glouster County, New Jersey. Cause of death has not been determined, but is believed to be asphyxia, possibly from strangulation. Approximate date of death is January 1, 1989. Estimated age 16-20 years old. Estimated year of birth is between 1969-1973. Height 5'5-5'8, Weight 120-145lbs.
She had a deviated septum to the right with a crooked philtrum. Jewelry found with the victim includes a 16 inch pearl necklace, one yellow metal wreath-like earring and one yellow color ball stud earring.
Located together on July 10, 1979 in Mendicino County, California. The estimated date of death on both was at least five years prior to the discovery. Girl estimated age is 14 years old. Boy estimated age is 13 years old. Estimated year of birth on girl is 1964, and on the boy year of birth is 1965. The victims skeletal remains were found together near Highway 20, west of Willits. It is possible these children were related.
Located on September 15, 1994 in Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida. He was discovered wandering around a bus station in Tampa. He was suffering from amnesia and did not remember his real name or where his residence had been. He was taken to a shelter and he departed sometime in 1994. His whereabouts are currently unknown but he may have been from Kentucky at one time. He went by Jacob Steven Johnson or just "Jake".
Located on July 31, 1997 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The approximate time of death is March-August 1996. Estimated age 22-30 years old. Height 5'3.
She had a healed fracture on the left side of her nose at the bridge. The skeletal remains of this victim were located in a wooded area behind a road-side park in Ada Township five miles east of Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Located on October 9, 1999 in the Colorado River near Yuma, Arizona. Date of death was approximately a month before discovery. Estimated age 15-20 years old. Height 5'5, Weight 106lbs. She had a surgical scar on her lower right abdomen and a mole on her back and a partially finished "angel baby" tattoo on her right ankle.
Located on November 21, 2000 in Boca Raton, Palm Beach County, Florida. Estimated age 20-30, approximate height 5'3, weight 113lbs. Caucasian, possibly Hispanic. He had a decorative star on one of the front teeth shown on the right. He was located in a canal at the 18000 block of State Road 7, one mile north of Clint Moore Road.
Discovered on September 12, 1976 in the Woodlawn section of Baltimore County, Maryland. She died from strangulation, and it is believed she had been killed sometime within the previous 24 hours at another location and her body was dumped where it was found. Estimated age late teens to mid 20's. Height 5'8, Weight 159lbs. She had a 1 1/2 inch scar on her left thigh and she had blood type O positive. She had what appeared to be the letters J. P. tattooed on her right arm just below the shoulder.
