NOTES
1) Destroying the main body will destroy the mecha.
2) Destroying the head will knock out the sensor systems. This gives a penalty
of –5 to strike, dodge, leap dodge, and initiative.
3) Destroying the Napalm Fuel Tanks will cause them to explode, causing 1D4 x 10 + 20 per unit of Fuel left in the tank to all sections of the Gouf and any Mobile Suit within Melee Range.

Halon Fire Extinguisher System: Should the Mobile Suit’s fuel tank explode or catch fire, this system will extinguish the flames after 1 melee. Any incendiary weapon such as Super Napalm or Thermite will only burn for the first melee. The system has enough Halon gas to activate 3 times.
Modifying a Gouf Custom into a Gouf Fire-Starter requires 1 full day with no less than 5 mechanics working on the Mobile Suit, and for every 1 less mechanic, the modification time increases by 6 hours.

Background: The MS-07F Gouf Fire-Starter is a modification of the
original MS-07B-3 Gouf Custom. Its primary
purpose was for destroying Federation Mobile Suit Factories and Bases using a
Super Napalm Flamethrower. Only 4 Gouf Customs were modified for this purpose in
order to attack a Federation Mobile Unit Factory in Panama. The Fire-Starters
succeeded in destroying the base, but all 4 were destroyed in the process.
Further analysis of the battle proved that the Fire-Starter, though effective,
was not mobile enough due to its absence of thrusters. The thrusters had to be
removed to make room for the Fire-Starter’s massive Napalm Fuel Tanks and Halon
Extinguisher system. Though it was never massed produced, Zeon mechanics kept
the modification data on file for future reference until the end of the One Year
War. Although rumour has it that a few secret Zeon bases kept some on hand, so
that if the base was ever discovered, the Fire-Starters could burn the base to
the ground and destroy any research that could fall into Federation hands.
