| Howard is a helpful aging scientist/engineer. He owns his own salvage ship, and space vessal (Peacemillion). We often see him wear his pink hawaiian shirt and awesome sunglasses. Howard (like Duo) is also part of the Sweeper Group, and he also provides the Gundam pilot, Duo Maxwell, with a safe place to store his Gundam Deathscythe. We see more of Howard later on in the series. Later in the series, Howard also lets the Gundam pilots store their Gundams in his ship, the Peacemillion. |
