This is standard simple circuit on 741 op amp (not mine project). Case was from original radio mixer table from 1970s polish production Fonia from Radio Rzeszów, where one of my parents friend was sound engineer and always bring me decomissioned electronic stuff.

In 1990s there was a lot of interesting RTTY signals on HF bands. Especially press agencies, diplomatic stations, military etc... I never was big fan of digital modes but I remember interesting KCNA broadcasts which was real Wind of Freedom among capitalistic lies and Propaganda!
