The Quivers
![Coyote plains style quiver](quivers/coyote.jpg)
We use the very best grade of leather that's available and coordinate the beading to match as closely as possible.
We also attach a hand made medicine bag to most of the quivers.
The tanned coyote, bobcat or badger heads with matching hair inserts are used when available.
If you see a particular quiver pattern that you like, we will be glad to make it for you.
The Armguards
![Armguards With Elk Antler Buttons](armguards/175x131ag.jpg)
The armguards are edged with artificial sinew and the buttons are made from shed elk antlers and tied on with leather boot lacing.
The boot lace tie is self adjusting, from a bare arm to heavy clothes, and if it wears out you can replace it with boot laces from your local Wal-Mart store.
Once you wear it for a while, the leather conforms to your arm and fits even more comfortably. It will be the most comfortable armguard you'll ever wear.
The Inspiration
![Tara Griffis with her new quiver design.](quivers/tara.jpg)
I thought it was great to wear a 5300 year old quiver design and I took it hunting with me for three years.
Then one day I was sitting on the couch watching TV and I noticed my daughter digging in my pile of scrap leather.
I didn't pay much attention to her at first...until I heard the scissors whacking away.
That got my attention quickly.
I looked over and said "What are you doing cutting up my leather?"
She just smiled and kept right on whacking.
A very unique looking quiver materialized, with a hair inset like I had never seen before.
I knew then that she had come up with something special.
I couldn't wait to get started on my own quiver.
Pretty soon other people started noticing our unique quivers
and wanted me to make them one.
Try our armguards and quivers. (Or should I say...her quivers).
