Terminus of AL 175 South
at AL 14 and 183 near Sprott
in Perry County
Saint James Missionary Baptist
These two days are from a cloudy, cool afternoon late in March. AL 175 is a five-mile highway which passes a government fish hatchery and the turnoff for Perry Lakes Park, an oxbow lake formed by the Cahaba River.

The southern end of the road, pictured above, runs into AL 14/183 -- travel west leads to Marion and east across the Cahaba to Sprott. The northern terminus hits AL 5 which carries one into
Brent and on to US 82 (Tuscaloosa, Montgomery).

Saint James Missionary Baptist Church is located on the corner of Highways 14 and 175.
