What a fantastic project! I wish you lots of luck with it. Been doing a "cyper-tour" of my old Country (lots of castles there!) and came across your great site. ... I'm in the process of building a homepage myself and wanted to shove a few castles of Germany in amongst some general scenes. Once again, "Good Luck" I sure enjoyed the visit! Cheerio, Pete

Hello my name is Jason. I'm very pleased with your site and your dream. Curently I am an electrical engineering student but my interest lyes in history. I am considering enrolling in the medieval studies program at Penn State University. I have studie castles in the past and have drawn some of my own. Also your plan of the whole medieval community is a dream that I have dreamt since I was a little child. In reading over your thoughts and plans I discovered something that I agree with. You have said that your plans for the castle itself are perhaps of the wrong time period. Especialy when takeing in consideration of the village area. However the whole rest of your plan I beleive is extremely sound in concept. My purpose in this letter is to ask th t I might give you some ideas and perhaps some sketches of my own. My family is in the construcion business in which I myself have worked, so I am familiar with architecture and construction. If you permit me to send you some sketches they will be detai ed, original, based on historical truth, and I will do my best to incorporate all you have set out to do. All I'm asking is for you to look at my ideas, and my own dreams. The sketches will be on paper the only way I beleive in drawing. Best wishes, an I hope that you'll consider me. Sincerly Jason Clark.......P.S. here is my email address again [email protected]

I've always been fascinated w/the midieval renaissance, the adventure, excitement, the romance, dragons, knights, wizards, battles, the magic, and the simplicity of life in the middle ages. The outer wall will be around for a very long time as will your reat hall. Speaking of improvements, your site has shown a consistent upward trend sence you started it. Very well done!

We keep a list of places we want to travel to and Alaska is right up there near the top. We hope to get to Denali some day. I would aprecia e you keeping in touch as to new developments with your camp and I will certainly be stopping by the web site ocassionally. Best of Luck, Ron in Dallas

Armour is good, but homepage needs some work. A free advice: the wombat background is VERY annoying. While the critter is cute, and the logo is good, lots of small wombats creates the color combinationwhich is a pain in the eyes. Besides, it is a bit disrepectfull to your own logo to be used as trivi l walpaper ;). Seriously, try to use the solid color for background, and place you logo in the upper corner. It will be a good idea to make a hyperlink - for exmple, you click the logo to return to the index page. Try it!

Hello, I guess we are sort of neighbors, at least in GeoCities, though I am just moving into HeartLand Feilds (2277) I was thinking of building a castle for my sight, not as elaborate as the one you have depicted, but at least as an entrance to the rest o the site. Very interesting project you have, and what a wonderful area of the world to be in. I am in a small Northern Californis town, still country, but the city is close at our heels, still a nice place to live for now. Anyway was nice to visit your s te.

I've always loved to read and look at castle, most importantly the ones that claim to be haunted, then at times I tend to be a skeptic, but never the less I was very impressed with your site, keep up the good work, this is great!

Hi, I came looking for information on growing flax except that I am in New Zealand and it's not nearly as cold here as it must be where you are. Anyway you've given me some helpful info. I spin, and am also in the SCA. I have a new garden and am planning to plant many dye plants too. Good luck with the castle building, Simone
