This is LED 7 segment, 8 digit display based on TTL combinational circuit:
7414 - 6 inverters, glue electronic
74145 - choose anodes
7490 - counting anodes -> 74145
4094 - choose segments
I received this module in non operational state. After diagnosys I found that 74LS90 is burned.
But since I run out of 7490s in SMD case I decided to remove all TTLs and modernize it to my HF-9012 LED driver.
For this application original HF-9012 software driver must be little bit modified, both segments and digits must be driven by low active signal.
