Project Info

I have found SPANSION S25FL256SAIFOO. It is quite interesting memory chip with SPI 133MHz interface and many features. Because it was desoldered from unknown module so I need to test it first. I used for this purpose universal homemade PCB TPD21023. It is reregistered TPD42021 which had some paths destroyed and was scarapped from HF-9012#1 project. I removed all paths in the middle and only 20 connecting pads left and some ground, so it is good for connecting SOIC20 or SOIC16 chips by thin 0.1 mm tinned wire now...

It will be tested on system HF-6158 soon, but first I must write some driver for this.
If chip will be OK this project will be renamed HF-13129 and new TPD20018 will be developed. Probably interface HF-10082 will be used in this module and THFS file system...
