OVERVIEW:

	 SPK Contest it was Polish Club Stations Contest and it was very important event in polish Amateur movement.
	Before capitalistic occupation of Poland there was more than 750 club stations what comparing with 20000 individual 
	stations was quite high number. Clubs played very important role in technical help for polish Amateurs, for example
	redistributed old military equipmet for free. SPK it was also first contest I took part, so I cannot oppose myself 
	from simulating this in RARS.
