• Home Detect® will be looking for the defects and omissions related to the Architectural, Interior Architecture, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Acoustical and some basic aspects, all listed within more than one hundred and twenty five check points.

• When can I get this list check points list?
• The check points will be handed to you upon requesting Home Detect® services.

• What is the advantage of this inspection from the buyer point of view?
• The advantage is to disclose any unforeseen expenses that will surge after buying the apartment so that the buyer is aware of any hidden defect.

• What is the advantage of this inspection from the seller point of view?
• The advantage is to make the seller aware of any unforeseen issue that might jeopardize the deal with an eventual buyer.

• What are the criteria upon which the cost Inspection is based?
• The cost of Inspection depends on the size of the apartment, its components and location.

• Does Home Detect® use tools or do any damages to the Apartment or Building while performing the Inspection?
• Absolutely not, only a thorough visual inspection with normal operation tests shall be performed.

• What will the report issued by Home Detect® enclose?
• The Report will enclose a Punch list of the defective or omitted items that needs to be added or repaired.

• Who will do the repair?
• Repair is out of Home Detect® Scope of Work.

• Can Home Detect® inspect the repairs?
• Home Detect® will be pleased to inspect the repairs at additional charges.

• Does Home Detect® issue a warranty for the Inspected Apartment?
• Home Detect® does not issue any warranty for the Inspected Apartment, Home Detect® Issues warranties only when supervising the construction on daily basis.

• Does Home Detect® undertake a Construction Supervision?
• This is Home Detect® original specialty.
