THE ARCHIES Sunshine Kirshner 107 Released 1970 |

The fourth album from The Archies found them looking in a more musically and socially kind of direction. Take a listen to songs like "Mr. Factory" and the now-classic "A Summer Prayer For Peace" which was a No. #1 hit in South Africa, and you'll know what I'm talking about. But luckilly, they didn't stray too far from their bubblegum sound. I actually have this album at home, and it's pretty good. TRACK LISTING: Sunshine Who's Gonna Love Me Mr. Factory Love And Rock And Roll Music Over And Over Waldo P. Emerson Jones A Summer Prayer For Peace Dance Dance Dance Comes The Sun Suddenly Susan One Big Family It's The Summertime Most, if not all of these tracks, were featured on Archie's Funhouse. |
