Helpful Information for Vendors

Unfortunately, National Park rules state no public vending. However, there have been occasions when vendors just happen to be staying in the campground overnight and have been gratious enough to open up the back of their trailer to effect some low key bartering. I have not persoally observed this, but have heard about it. (this statement is for legal purposes in case any park rangers happen to read this). As far as permission to attend, we can neither grant nor deny. As far as permission to vend, we can only warn of the rules.

This motorcycle event is lightly attended compared to large club sponsored events. Our attendance is nominally 50 to 120 depending upon weather. Also, most of the attendees ride out on Saturday to enjoy the area twistees. Crowds, if any, tend to be early morning or evening.

We have no agreement with the National Park Service, and we have no special or excllusive priviledges in the campground. We are public campers just like others who use the campground. We attempt to follow their rules in order to keep enjoying our annual event and so far have not irritated the rangers too much.
