This male Android was the twin brother of Android 18. He was cocky, strong, and rebellious. He killed Dr. Gero, his creator, and went on to be devoured by Cell. He allied with Piccolo for a little while before he was eaten. Gero mainly created 17 to kill Goku, but 17 rebelled against his orders and killed Gero, but he still tried to kill Goku just for fun.
