Created by Docter Gero, Cell is an android with the ultimate power of stealing people's power by sucking them into him with his tail. Cell has three forms. His first form is more insectoid with a hissing voice. His second form is more like a black human, for he has the same low voice and thick lips and muscular build. Finally, his third form is a more a white human, with a sharp face, evil smile, and poised form. He has to absorb Androids 17 and 18 enable to progress though his forms. Cell also has the cells of the Z Warriors, which enables him to use all of their moves and attacks. He also can produce little hims like Piccolo called Cell Jr.s. Cell is very powerful and a large character in the Cell Games.
