Mortal Combat:
Mac vs. PC

Memory Management:
"You need to specify how many memory your application will take..."
With Windows you don't need to specify how many memory you want to the program, but you can (can is not need to) change memory settings on the Mac.
Mac OS X comes with dynamic memory.

Multitasking:
"The computer stops completely when you pull a menu..."
The screen may stop refreshing the other things, but the computer will still be working. Try (for example) play a MIDI with QuickTime while pulling menus down.
And I think that on Mac OS X this feature is fixed.

Games:
"There are no good games for Mac..."
Of course there are. Try Escape Velocity Nova (http://www.AmbrosiaSW.com/), Myst, Riven, Exile (http://www.redorb.com/). These are really good games. But if you want to play PC games you can still use Virtual PC or you can play PlayStation games with Virtual GameStation (http://www.connectix.com/.

Contextual Menus:
"There are no contextual menus, because there is no second button in Macs mouses..."
You can use control-click to open contextual menus.

Taskbar:
"You can't jump easily from program to program in a Mac as we do on Windows..."
Just install Application Switcher extension on your Mac, restart and you can do it easily.

Machine Info:
"You can't see Mac's Info... (on Windows you can see that ugly table)"
You can just open Apple System Profiler when you want (not on startup).
