| It was an awful start to the New Year with the loss of my "shadow", "Dude". He was a natural showman - with first time on leash at 10 weeks, he stacked and baited better than most seasoned show dogs do. He loved to be in the ring and demanded that the judge look at him. He was our "Reserve King" with managing one Best Of Breed in Canadian showing. He also was the King Alpha male here and no other males questioned his position. I miss my "foot-warmer" on a nightly basis. Rest in Peace, my dearest Dude - your presence will be greatly missed here and we will never forget you!
