Kylie InGold
A continuing Journey into the Imagination

self portrait Kylie InGold
Self Portrait 1999

Internationally published Australian born fantasy artist, began drawing at an early age with a facination for
fantasy and science fiction, as a child would immerse herself in
the little books called "Brownies" and Enid Blyton's Tales
which were filled with stories of
Fairies and brownies at the bottom of the garden. Turn of the century Australian Fairy Artist, Ida Rentoul Outhwaite has also influenced the Art.

I am mostly self taught, my preferred mediums are oil and acrylic
I've been painting fairies for a little more than twenty years now and my passion for painting the fae has not faded one little bit in fact I am
still facinated by these delightful wee beings.
