Aot skeletton files

 These files are the skelletons

of the AOT system files and can be used by cheaters and also

 normal modders to use TO specific code within their

cheats/mods/whatever.

For those of you that don't know what these are:

Shag protected the files so that they cannot be recompiled

 (and mods cannot be compiled aswell).

 The ELF AoT SDK will let you compile packages that use

objects that reside in the shell packages, wich will still remain fully compatible

with the original protected ones. We encourage the Tactical Ops team

 to do the same with their further releases,

 because providing such files isn't a security risk.
