The use of nouns

The nouns is a word that indicates people, animals, thing, concepts, phenomenons. So we have proper nouns (such as the names of people) animal nouns (such as the names of animals: dog, cat) abstract or concept nouns (untouchable things: idea, happiness) names of city (Rome, Paris, Sydney) nouns of thing (table, chair, spoon)

La mamma cucina e la apparecchiano il tavolo. 2. “Cosa fai, mamma?” chiede ile s`aggrappa al suo grembiule. 3. “Preparo la cena. Fai il bravo.” La lo prende in braccio e lo porta in salotto. 4. Esercizio di Comprensione NUMERI - NUMBERS     (Lettura e Comprensione) 1. 2. ESERCIZIO DI COMPRENSIONE Leggi e osserva... Scrivi l`argomento di cui si parla. (Write down the topic we are speaking about.) Elenca gli articoli, gli aggettivi, i nomi e i verbi usati. (List the articles, names, adjectives and verbs used.) L` argomento sono una o due parole che spiegano il soggetto discusso.(The subject matter is one or two words of the argument discussed.) Gli articoli sono le parole che precedono i nomi. The articles are the words which precede names. eg. La mamma, "la" is an article.)  Gli aggettivisono quelle parole che qualificano i nomi, ad es. Gianna e` bella. "bella" e` un aggettivo. I verbi sono parole che denotano cosa fa il soggetto in questione. Ad esempio: Io vado a spasso. "vado" e` il verbo che indica cosa fa il soggetto (in questo caso "io".) 1.  Ho visto tanti palloni che sembravano un mazzo di fiori. Ce n`erano rossi, ce n`erano verdi. Ce n`erano gialli, neri e celesti. Ma uno era il bianco, solo soletto. I palloni celesti erano due. I palloni verdi erano quattro. I palloni gialli erano cinque. Che bei colori! Che fantasia!
